Francisco ‘Pancho’ Villa June 15, 1915 – November 12, 2018 Francisco “Pancho” Villa passed away peacefully in his sleep in Sierra Vista, Arizona on November 12, 2018. Pancho was born June 15, 1915 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Jesus and Adelaida Villa-Arellano. He was the oldest of the couple’s seven children.

Pancho was raised in Chihuahua, Mexico and immigrated to Tombstone, Arizona in 1958. Pancho worked for many years on most ranches in the Tombstone area, notably for the Cowans, the Bennetts, and Wes Pauly. Pancho also worked for the Tombstone Unified School District as a bus driver and other capacities until 1980 when he retired, only to come back and work a few more years.

Pancho was married for 71 years to Maria Luisa Villa before her passing in 2014. Pancho’s biggest love in life was his family. He is survived by his children, Gloria (Steven) Goldstein of Tombstone, Arizona; Oscar (Katherine) Villa of Tombstone, Arizona; Omar (Kathy) Villa of Pinetop, Arizona; Armando Villa of Tombstone, Arizona.

He is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Susan Wallace, Jody Goldstein, James Villa, Amanda Villa, Elisa Parks, Adrian Villa, and Jeremy Villa, as well as, 10 great-grandchildren: Joseph Wallace, Adrianna Villa, Alanna Villa, Jordyn Villa, Audrina Villa, Mikaela Villa, Marcus Villa, Logan Parks, Ryan Parks, and Brody Parks. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesus and Adelaida Villa-Arellano, wife, Maria Louisa Villa, and son, Adrian Villa. Services are pending at this time.
