Obituary of Gary Clark Gary C. Clark, 80, formerly of Falconer passed away Monday (July 2, 2018) in the Absolut Care of Salamanca. He was born March 7, 1938 in Jamestown, the son of the late Cecil and Doris Nohlquist Clark. Gary attended Bemus Point High School and was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the U.S. Air Force from 1961 to 1964.

Prior to retirement he was employed by MRC-SKF for 25 years retiring in 1992. He was a life member of the Henry Mosher Post 638, American Legion and the NRA. Gary was also a member of the War Vets and Recreation.

Surviving is his daughter Wendy Clark and her companion Denny Ellis of Jamestown; a granddaughter Tiffany Lee Clark of Jamestown and a sister Cathy Hays of St. Paul, PA. He was preceded in death by his wife Joan Moran Clark whom he married June 25, 1960, who died May 27, 2003; a son Steven G. Clark on May 4, 1997; a brother Wayne Clark and a sister Nancy Thorne. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the Falconer Funeral Home.

Rev. Donald E. Ray will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Falconer, NY.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be donated to the HUGO Fund c/o Chautauqua Regional Community Foundation, 418 Spring St., Jamestown, NY 14701 or to Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care, 20 W. Fairmount Ave. , Lakewood, NY 14750.
