Georgia Ann Ferguson, 78, of Bowling Green passed away Sunday June 10, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Dorothy Walker. Georgia Ann was born July 26, 1939.

Georgia Ann was a graduate of College High and the University of Kentucky. She returned to school at Western Kentucky University where she received her Masters Degree and Rank 1. She taught at Bowling Green High School, Western Kentucky University and Bowling Green Vocational School.

She was a member of First Christian Church and Bowling Green Junior Women’s Club. She enjoyed her Bridgeless Bridge Group. She is survived by husband, Larry Ferguson; daughters, Dottie (Zeff) Maloney of Lexington, KY and Anna Lee Cathcart (Chris) of Orlando, FL; four grandchildren; brothers, Ed Walker of Jacksonville, FL, Frank Walker, Clarksville, TN; sisters, Betty Jo Smith, Deland, FL and Maggie Pearson of Bowling Green, KY.

A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Expressions of Sympathy can be made to First Christian Church and Hospice House of Bowling Green. Arrangements have been entrusted to J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Chapels.
