Obituary for Helen E. Rozner Helen E. Rozner, a former resident of Beacon and currently of Wappingers Falls, passed away on August 27, 2018 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie. She was 88. Helen was born on July 23, 1930 in Cleveland, Ohio the daughter of the late Alex and Emma Csizmar Rozner.

Helen retired from Chemprene in Beacon. She is survived by her children, Donna Williams, Judy A. Cardy and Michael J. Failla and his wife, Debra; her grandchildren, Sarah Failla and Kristen Hanlon; her great grandchildren, Brayden Theiss, Emanuel Etedgee and Leah Hanlon; her brother, William Rozner; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Helen was predeceased by her grandson William Burg and her sister and brother.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, August 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Riverview Funeral Home by Halvey, 2 Beekman Street, Beacon. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, August 31 at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Joachim Cemetery, Beacon. Memorial donations in memory of Helen may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
