Helen Joann Carr, 66, of Parkersburg passed away October 10, 2018 at her residence. She was born on April 14, 1952 in Parkersburg, WV, the daughter of the late Donald and Bonnie Dean Peters Jackson. Helen graduated from Parkersburg High School and had worked for many years at Worthington Manor in the kitchen.

She enjoyed cooking and was a wonderful homemaker. She proudly served as mother, father and provider for her family. Surviving Helen is daughter Lisa A. Bell (Billy), son Donald E. Carr, granddaughter Mariah Marie Miller, all of Parkersburg, four great grandchildren Brooklynn Bell, Coleben McMahon, Maleah Jarvis, Braydon Deem, brother Donald Eugene Jackson (Karen) of Davisville, several nieces and nephews and special friend Diane Waggoner.
