Ines McMinnis Hogan, age 92, of 3225 Horseshoe Rd, Danville, VA, passed away on March 7, 2019 at her residence. She was born on May 21, 1926, in Virginia, to the late Bennie Ralph McMinnis and Maggie Dalton McMinnis. Mrs. Hogan worked as a seamstress at J C Penney and Belks, and she was a member of Holland Road Baptist Church.

Mrs. Hogan is survived by her children, Carolyn Johnston (David) of Danville, Dannie Hogan of Danville, June Conner (Ricky) of Callands, Ellen Atkins (Randy) of Danville; grandchildren, Kim, Bill, Stacy, Jeff, Tammy, Ben, Devin, London, and Reagan; sixteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents Mrs. Hogan was predeceased by her husband, Isaiah Hogan; son, Ralph Hogan; two sisters and four brothers. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, March 10, 2019 at Holland Road Baptist Church at 3 PM with the Rev.

James Mayes officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow in Danville Memorial Gardens.
