Obituary for Mr. Isaac James, Sr. Isaac James, Sr. was born on January 3, 1949, in Fort Pierce, Florida, to Manies James, Sr. and Annie Lee James. Isaac was called “Big Ike”. Many called him “Ike” and some even called him “Cowboy,” but all knew him as the man that protected and loved his family.

Isaac Sr. was educated in and graduated from the Collier County Public Schools in Immokalee, Florida. He worked diligently in the trucking, agricultural and farming industry for over 35 years. Prior to his death, he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior.

Isaac was preceded in death by his parents, Manies James, Sr. and Annie Lee James, siblings, Gloria Jean Smith, Priscilla James, Wayne James, Amos James, and Arthur James. The Lord in His infinite wisdom deemed it timely to call our beloved Isaac to his eternal resting place on June 13, 2018, at 10:47 a.m. with his family at his side. Isaac will always be remembered by the love he shared for others and, most of all, his new relationship with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

He leaves to mourn his passing the love of his life for over forty years, his wife, Sandra A. James; ten children, Jeremy Anderson, Dustin Anderson, Sr. (Krystal), Valdashia Kelly (Corinthian), Ivanisha and Ivanaeja Bell, Corey James (Keela), Isaac James, Jr. (Danchelle), Timothy James (Corinthian), Tyrone Black (Angela), and Carletta Wright; four brothers, Manies James, Jr. (Samantha), John E. James, Sr. (Marjorie), Walter James I (Pamela), and Fred James; three sisters, Arnita James, Julie James, and Elaine McCoy (Daktari “Doc”); nineteen grandchildren, two greatgrandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
