Obituary for Jack Duane Elkins Jack Duane Elkins age 83 of Kingston passed away Friday July 6, 2018 at his home. Jack was born July 3, 1935 in Old Hickory, Tennessee. Moved to Kingston in 1958 from Middle Tennessee.

Jack worked for GE at the X-10 Plant as a Physicist. Jack was an inventor, who loved fishing, hunting and golf. Preceded in death by his parents Ezra B. and Mazell Brown Elkins, Brother Larry O. Elkins.

Survivors include: Wife Marilyn Elkins; Children Jackie Elkins; Kenny (Vickie) Elkins; Gary (Micquette) Elkins; Tim Elkins; Grandchildren Emily Houston (Joey); Derek Elkins (Brittani); Jared Elkins; Brandon Elkins; Kiersten Elkins; Great grandchildren Baylor Houston; Gigi and Leo. Entombment Service 11 am Tuesday July 10, 2018 in the Kingston Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Minister Matthew Balentine officiating. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Roane County Heritage Commission P.O. Box 738 Kingston, TN.
