Jenn Rparsons , September 27, 1973 — January 03, 2019

Jenni R. Parsons, 45, of Forks Township, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 in St. Luke’s University Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born September 27, 1973 in Wilson Borough, PA, she was a daughter of Renee (Branch) Hagenbuch, of Forks Township, and the late Bruce P. Hagenbuch. She and her husband, John C. Parsons, celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary on June 14, 2018.

Jenni graduated in 1991 from Easton Area High School. She received her bachelor’s degree from West Chester University and her master’s degree from Wilkes University. She was employed by the Easton Area School District for 22 years, teaching 4th grade at Palmer Elementary and currently working as a math specialist.

Jenni enjoyed trips to the beach and shopping for others. She loved spending time with her nephews and nieces, especially her nephew, Dylan. She was of the Catholic faith.

Jenni was a member of the PTA, the Palmer Chatter yearbook and organized many events with her co-workers at Palmer Elementary. Surviving in addition to her mother, Renee, and husband, John, are a brother, Jonathan P. Hagenbuch and his fiancée Jackie Coughlin, of Easton; a sister, Jessica A. Hagenbuch and her fiancé Steven Richardson, of Hamilton Township, NJ; brothers-in-laws, Joseph Parsons and his wife Audee, of Palmer Township, and Russell Parsons, of New Hope, PA; a sister-in-law, Pam Lutz, of Forks Township; nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Paul and Ruth (Kester) Hagenbuch, maternal grandparents, Donald and Pauline (Pacovich) Branch, and in-laws, Russell D. and Sally (Musumeci) Parsons.

Services will be held at 10:30am Thursday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton St., Wilson Borough. Call Wednesday 5-8pm and Thursday 9:30-10:30am in the funeral home. Burial will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine.
