Jenny’s Obituary Jennifer “Jenny” Christie Norton, age 41, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, February 27, 2019 in a local hospice facility. Mrs. Norton was born December 2, 1977, in New Haven, Connecticut. She was an educator with Texarkana Independent School District and a member of First Baptist Church, Wake Village.

Jenny was a beautiful person who touched so many lives. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her kind heart, her love for the children she taught, her contagious laughter, her love for her family and friends and most of all, for her faith and trust in Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by her father, Mike Pinnell.

Survivors include her husband, Eric Norton of Texarkana; her mother, Christie Pinnell; two children, Brock Norton and Kaylee Norton; her grandmother, Veva Pinnell; two aunts and uncles, Joan and Howard Drake and Elaine and Richard Landes; special cousin and friend, Mackenzie Walker; her best friend, April McCright and her husband Rusty and their children, David and Mark; along with cousins too many to name whom she loved very much. A memorial service will be held at 4 PM Friday, March 1, 2019, at First Baptist Church, Wake Village with Rev. Scott Neathery officiating.
