Jerry Edward Hall, 60, of Burlington, passed away peacefully in his sleep at 6:12 PM Saturday, March 23, 2019 after a courageous seven-month battle with pancreatic cancer. Born August 17, 1958, he was the son of Arleigh Edward and Betty Jo Evans Hall. On March 12, 1994, he married Diane Patricia McAllister in Las Vegas.

He worked as Maintenance Manager at Pinnacle Foods for twenty-five years and made life long friends there. Jerry enjoyed working with his hands and wood working. He enjoyed going to auctions, playing with his cats and going to Riverside Casino for mini vacations.

Jerry restored an ’88 Camaro and loved driving his new hot-rod. Survivors include wife of twenty-five years, Diane Patricia Hall of Burlington; one daughter, Tiffany Hall-Powell of Burlington; one son, Jerry Hall Jr. of Sacramento, CA; one step-son, Scott McAllister of Muscatine; one brother, Don Evans of Sedalia, MO; two sisters, Teri Green of Spokane, WA and Pam Hall of Coeur d’Alene, ID. Besides his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh~Thielen Crematory. The Memorial Service for Jerry will be 10:00 AM Thursday, March 28, 2019, at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home with Very Rev. Father Marty Goetz as the Celebrant.

A time of food and fellowship will be held in the Prugh~Thielen Community room following the service. A memorial has been established for the American Cancer Society for pancreatic cancer.
