She was born October 6, 1940 in Harbor Beach, Michigan to the late Alvin Willett and Agnes (Bayes) Webb. Joann married Donald Mow on January 14, 1961 in Watertown, Michigan.

Joann was a Beautician. She is survived by her hubby, Donald Mow. Two sons: Mark Mow and Robert (Janette) Mow.

Seven grandchildren: Scott, Jeff, Joshua, Jacob, Jacquellin, Madelyn and Tyler. Her siblings: Elain (Richard) Nadjkovic; Dwight Willett; Yvonne (Dave) Daniels; Duane Willett; sister-in-law, Cindy Willett; and Roxanne (Robert) Villareal. Joann was preceded in death by daughter Sheryllin Mow.

One brother Dave Willett. Visitation will be held Sunday, February 10th from 2-8 P.M. at the Carman Hall in Peck. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at the Carman Hall in Peck.

Officiating: Pastor Mark Melillo. Burial will be in Christian Memorial Gardens East, Peck, Michigan. Memorials may be made to the donor’s personal choice.

*There will be no services held on Monday.
