JoAnn Carroll, 83, of Chambersburg, passed away July 8, 2018 at Chambersburg Hospital. She was born on October 19, 1934 in Beloit , Wisconsin to Emo and Gladys Swanson. She was the widow of the late William Robert Carroll, who died in 2015.

She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia L. (wife of Jacob O. ) Pogue of Chambersburg. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son, Patrick Carroll. She is also survived by a sister, Karen and a brother, Dennis both of Wisconsin.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd.. Chambersburg has been entrusted with conducting the arrangements.
