Obituary for Mr. Johnny Brian Hopkins Johnny Brian Hopkins, 41, husband of Sherry Lynn Bradley Hopkins, of 305 Cherokee Lake Road, Tamassee, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. A native of Oconee County, SC, Mr. Hopkins was the son of the late Johnny Hopkins and Barbara Moore Pace. He worked electrical maintenance for BASF and attended Newspring Church in Clemson.

Mr. Hopkins was a member of the SC National Guard and enjoyed sports, history, and outdoor activities with his family. In addition to his wife, Mr. Hopkins is survived by his sons: Logan and Connor Hopkins, both of the home; a brother: Troy Hopkins of Tamassee; and a sister: Brandi Hopkins of Salem. A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Saturday, July 7, 2018, at NewSpring Church in Clemson, SC.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM-12:30 PM, Saturday, prior to the service, at NewSpring Church in Clemson, SC. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all of Brian’s friends help “Be The Match” by donating or becoming a part of the National Bone Marrow Registry at www. bethematch.org.
