Obituary for Mrs Janie Ann Collins Crane Janie Ann Collins Crane, 72, wife of John Thomas Crane, of 205 Colony Lane, West Union, passed away Friday, September 14, 2018 at her residence. A native of Walhalla, Mrs. Crane was the daughter of the late William Strother and Pearl White Collins. She retired as a florist from Ingles and was the former owner and operator of Crane Haven Cakes and Gifts.

She was a member of North Walhalla Church of God. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Crane is survived by her daughters: Sherry Blackwell (Tommy) and Melissa Grant (Chris); a brother: Aaron Collins (Beverly); two grandchildren: Laura Beth Grant, Ryan Grant; three step-grandchildren: Adam Blackwell, Holly Blackwell, and Aaron Blackwell; and special nieces and nephews: Lynn Wilbanks, Dee Barnes, Michelle Cater and several others. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Crane was preceded in death by a sister: Louise C Haley; and a brother: Edward Collins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 PM on Monday, September 17, 2018, at North Walhalla Church of God with interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Monday, prior to the service, at the church. Flowers are accepted.
