JOSEPH ROGER LOOKABAUGH JR. , 54, a life-long resident of Springfield, passed away in his home on Thursday morning, April 12, 2018. He was born in Springfield on June 14, 1963, the son of the late Joseph R. and Shirley (Manning) Lookabaugh Sr. Joe worked in the construction trades for many years.

He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, astronomy and spending time with family and friends around his fire pit. He is survived by his sons, Travis Lookabaugh and Kyle (Brittany) Lookabaugh; four… Read More » grandchildren, Riley, Baylie, Mason, and Ethan; sisters, Sheryl (Mark) Canter and Cindy Lookabaugh; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Jeffrey and Jason Lookabaugh.

A service in celebration of Joe’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday April 21, 2018 in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME with Chaplain Joseph A. Branch officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery.
