Helen S. Pepple, 91, of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018. She was born on October 19, 1926, in Blair County, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Jay and Florence M. (Rutledge) Forshey. She enjoyed attending Fellowship Church and was talented with crafts and sewing, making clothing for her children.

She was preceded in death by her husband Glenn Pepple and her previous husband, Winston S. Caudill, her daughter, Kay Paugh, one sister, five brothers, and a grandson. Helen is… Read More » survived by two daughters: Martha (Ralph) Clay of Arizona, and Joyce Mast of Springfield; siblings: Ben (Cora) Forshey of Kenton, Dora (Loris) Aikins of Springfield, and Alverda Lathey of Texas; son-in-law, Dan Paugh of Springfield, nine grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and her many friends and family at Springfield Assisted Living. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME where visitation will be held from 12-1:00 p.m. prior to the service.

Entombment will be in the Rose Hill Mausoleum.
