Judy’s Obituary Mrs. Judy K. Mouser, 67, of Troy, MO passed away on February 26, 2019 at Troy Manor. She was born on February 16, 1952 in St. Louis to Carl Woodrow and Sylvia Bell (Dodson) Walton. Judy attended the local schools along with her siblings, Carl and Patti.

After high school graduation, Judy met and later married John Ray on October 6, 1969. To this union were born four children; Windy, Johnny, Kathy and Teresa. Judy enjoyed being a homemaker taking care of her family.

She enjoyed keeping up with friends and family on facebook, gardening, knitting and collecting beanie babies. On February 19, 1993 Judy and Lathy “Shawn” Mouser were united in marriage. Shawn and Judy enjoyed attending church together and spending time with their families.

Judy always had a kind word and smile for anyone she met. Judy is survived by her husband: Lathy “Shawn” Mouser, four children; Windy and husband Pat Harper of Troy, Johnny Ray of Lincoln County, Kathy and husband Trent Colbert of Hawk Point, Teresa and husband Ken Burr of Troy, 10 grandchildren; Chris, Stephen, Austin, Melissa, Ashlyn, Kenny, Adam, Evelyn, Tyler and Dalton, two great-grandchildren; Mycah and Gemma, two siblings; Carl Walton Jr. of Troy, Patti and husband Jim Parker of Lebanon,Oregon and many other nieces, nephews , other relatives and friends. Private Services will be held at a later date.
