She was an outstanding homemaker who took pride in her home as she was a meticulous housekeeper.

Her family voted her homemade chicken pot pie, chicken and waffles, and pumpkin pie as the best in the world. June honored each member of the family by making them a special meal, of their request, on their birthday. When June knew of your favorite food, candy, or snack, she was sure to have it on hand at her house for your visit.
