Obituary for Katherine E Schroeder Katherine E. Schroeder, 68, of Forks Township, PA, passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018 at her home. Katherine was born in Easton, PA on February 19, 1950 to the late Richard and Clarice Lacey Moser. Katherine was employed with Giant of Easton, PA, in their prepared foods department, retiring in 2004 after 15 years.

She attended Phillipsburg High School. Katherine loved cooking for her her family. Katherine was of the Lutheran Faith.

Katherine is survived by her son, Robert E. Schroeder of Forks Township; daughter, Jennifer L. Burke and her husband, Martin of Palmer Township, PA; grandsons, Anthony R. and Zakary J. Burke; sister, Pamela Rapp and her husband, James of Easton, PA; brother, Richard Moser and his wife, Barb of Mt. Bethel, PA; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews. Katherine was predeceased by a sister, Dian Sigafoos and a brother, Robert Moser.

A Memorial Service for Katherine will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 7pm at the Rupell Funeral Home, LLC; 465 Memorial Parkway; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. A Visitation of Family and Friends will be held from 6pm until service time at the funeral home. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial may be made in Katherine’s name to the American Lung Association; 2200 W. Hamilton Street; Suite 318; Allentown, PA.
