Obituary for Kay Iris Fain Kay Iris Fain, 80, of Martinsville, passed away Saturday, May 26, 2018 at her residence. She was born November 23, 1937 in Fieldale, Virginia to Roby Stoneman and Mona Cannaday Stoneman Minter. She worked for Tultex as a knitter.

She was of the Holiness faith but attended various churches, and loved her dog, Oreo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Lynette Tallman Brim, a brother, Larry Edgar Stoneman, and a half-sister, Zona Minter Ingram Foley. Kay is survived by one daughter, Mona Lisa Fain Webb; one son, Roby Tallman; six grandchildren, Sarah Brim, Roby D. Tallman, Jr., Jacob Andrew Tallman, Kristen Flannery McCollum, Patrick Flannery, and Benjamin Flannery.

A graveside service will be Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 6:30 to 8:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel.
