Obituary for Kelly Myers Kelly Michelle Myers, age 44, of Lebanon, Virginia, passed away Wednesday (June 13, 2018) in a Bristol, Tennessee hospital. Born January 30, 1974 in Bluefield, West Virginia, she was a daughter of Connie Lee Johnson Monk of Lebanon and the late Richard Earl Myers. She was a 1993 graduate of Honaker High School.
Her passion in life was caring for others which was made evident through her dedication to Emergency Services. She was employed as an EMT for Lebanon Lifesaving Crew for the past eight years and had previously served with New Garden Rescue Squad, Mercy Ambulance, Angel Care, Castlewood Rescue Squad and many other service agencies. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her step-father, James Monk.
In addition to her mother, survivors include one son, Ryan Honaker of Lebanon; two daughters, Tiffany Fields of Castlewood and Kierra Cook of Council; fiancé, Jeff Stevens of Lebanon; two grandchildren, Kaylee Fields of Castlewood and Corban Cook of Council; two sisters, Amanda Peake of Eupora, Mississippi and Kim Ratliff and husband, Randy of Lebanon; two nephews, Randy Ratliff, Jr. and Richard Ratliff all of Lebanon; three special great-nephews, Gaven Gibson, Koedan Murphy, and Brycen Murphy all of Lebanon; and her Lebanon Lifesaving Crew Family. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Rev. Barry Taylor, Rev.
Nathan Brown, and Nolan Stevens officiating. A time of visitation will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in the form of donations to Lebanon Lifesaving Crew P.O. Box 516 Lebanon, Virginia 24266.
