Obituary for Vivian Ratliff (Keen) Mrs. Vivian Ratliff, age 67, of Raven, Virginia passed away Wednesday (September 26, 2018) at her home. Born February 19, 1951 in Richlands, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Jasper Newt and Tiny Ratliff Keen. A lifelong resident of the area, she was a member of the Levisa Assembly of God in Raven, Virginia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vince Ratliff; one son, Vince Ratliff, Jr.; one grandson, Cody Shane Deel and one brother, Jennings Keen. Survivors include two sons, Randy Carl Keen and wife, Loretta Boyd and Buddy Lee Keen and wife, Lauren both of Oakwood, Virginia; two daughters, Daisy Mae Ratliff and fiancé, Jeff Vandyke of Rocky Gap, Virginia and Melissa Ann Bowman and husband, Shawn of Bandy, Virginia; three brothers, Jackie Keen and wife, Melissia of Raven and Pete Keen and wife, Tammy both of Raven, Virginia and Tommy Keen and wife, Nancy of Richlands, Virginia; ten grandchildren, Shiann Bowman, Shawn Lee Bowman, Kaylee Bowman, Kendall Deel, Keaton Deel, Buddy Keen, Jr., Karleigh Keen, Jamie Keen, Madison Boyd and Blake Prater; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to the staff of Legacy Hospice and Community Home Health for the wonderful care they provided to Vivian.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM Saturday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charlie Monk officiating. Interment will follow in the Keen Family Cemetery at Raven, Virginia.

Pallbearers will be Kendall Deel, Keaton Deel, Jamie Keen, Zack Muncy, Shawn Bowman, Shawn Lee Bowman, Jackie Keen and Elmer “Fudd” Keen.
