Obituary for Beverly Leppert (Stiltner) Beverly Deloris Stiltner Leppert, age 58, of Oakwood, Virginia, passed away Sunday (October 14, 2018) at her home. Born December 16, 1959 in Grundy, Virginia, she was a daughter of Vada Stiltner and the late Edward ”Eugene” Stiltner. A 1978 graduate of Garden High School, she had lived in the Bristol and Oakwood areas and was of the Holiness faith.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one brother, Paul Stiltner, and grandparents, James and Gracie Price Justice and Bryant and Georgia Stiltner. In addition to her mother, survivors include two sons, Jeremy Jackson and wife, Wendy, and Joshua McCrackin and wife, Keisha; two brothers, Hershel Stiltner and wife, Belle and Everett “Pete” Stiltner and wife, Janie; special friend and caregiver, Burton Stiltner; very special friend, Pam Vandyke; several special nieces and nephews, who lovingly called her “Aunt Bev”; aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Rev.
Michael Justice and Rev. Anthony Hale officiating. Interment will follow in the Gum Branch Cemetery at Page, Virginia.
Pallbearers will be Richard Stiltner, Justin Clifton, Alex Hackney, Christopher Clevinger, Nathaniel Blankenship, Cory Shortridge, Ray Ratliff and Derrick Richardson. Honorary pallbearers will be Amanda Blankenship, Monica Clevinger, Carley Blankenship, Laura Beth Shortridge, Ashley Clifton, Wade Clifton, Dakota Clevinger, Ida Clevinger, Dr. Dia Owens, and Calvin Hess. The family will receive friends at the Honaker Funeral Home after 6:00 PM Tuesday, where an evening service will be conducted at 7:00 PM.
