Obituary for Kristen L. DuVall Kristen Louise DuVall, 40, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018. She was born September 22, 1978 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Gary Lee and Marilyn Lou DuVall. Kristen attended Warner Public Schools and later obtained her GED.

She worked at Wal-Mart as a cashier and most recent, babysitting for her friends. Her family and children were most important in her life and she loved nothing more than being a stay at home mom. Kristen was very passionate about helping and supporting research to end Alzheimers as her grandmother passed because of it.

Therefore, the family requests memorials be made to the Alzheimers Association, 2448 E 81st St, Ste 3000, Tulsa, OK 74137 or online at alz.org. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lloyd and Louise Pratchard; uncle, Gary Pratchard; the love of her life, Antwuan Thomas; and her second mom, Theresa Sullivan. Kristen is survived by her parents, Gary and Marilyn DuVall; her children, Christian and Calecia; siblings, Stephen DuVall, David DuVall and wife Kassie; her best friends and sisters, Jamie Miller, Tami Mobly, Sarah Kirk, Magan Sullivan, Jeannie Starling and her daughter Michelle; nephews, Nathan DuVall, Silas DuVall, Seth Clark, and Devan Clark, Trey; nieces, Eloise DuVall, Mirabel DuVall, Amelia DuVall, and Shelby Clark; along with other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Services celebrating Kristen’s life will be 1PM, Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Monte Humphrey officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
