Lawrence’s Obituary Lawrence R. Schneider, 80, passed away on February 5, 2019 surrounded by his family. Lawrence is survived by his wife Sharon, his daughters Marissa and Alena, his grandchildren Steele and Remington, and his sister Karen. Lawrence was a loving and kind-hearted husband, father, grandfather and friend to everyone around him.

Lawrence loved sports-especially baseball. His favorite team was the New York Yankees. Gardening and spending time with his family was also a passion of his.

Lawrence worked as an attorney in New York City for over 40 years and took great pride in his work. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at St. Luke’s Monroe Campus for their wonderful and compassionate care. The family will be having a private ceremony for Lawrence at Laurelwood Cemetery in Stroudsburg, PA where he will be laid to rest.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association at P.O. Box 15120, Chicago IL 60693 or to Alzheimer’s Foundation of America at 322 8 Avenue 7th Floor New York, NY 10001.
