Obituary for Linda Sue Taylor CASTLEWOOD, VIRGINIA – Linda Sue Taylor, 70, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, made it home on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol, Tennessee. She was born in Big Stone Gap, Virginia; daughter of the late Silas Daner Sr.and Delsie Mae Greene McCracken. She was preceded in death by sisters, Kathy and Vickie McCracken and brothers, Silas Jr. and Elmo McCracken.

Linda enjoyed the simple pleasures of life; chatting with friends and family, snacking, and spending time with those she loved. She is remembered for her quick witted humor, delightful banter, and unwavering faith. She is survived by her husband, Billy Taylor; two daughters, Kimberly McCarty and husband, Hugh and Teresa Woods and husband, Brian; one granddaughter, Whitney Ferguson and husband, Tyrell; two grandsons, Logan Mullins and Ethan Mullins and wife, Whitney; one great grandson, Soren Mullins.

Funeral Services for Linda Sue Taylor will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2018 in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, Virginia with Rev. Monroe Greeley officiating. Interment will follow in Powell Valley Memorial Gardens, Big Stone Gap, Virginia.

Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2018 in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood, Virginia. On line condolences may be sent to the Taylor family through our website and a video tribute may be viewed at www.
