Obituary for Jeffrey Carrol LaForce DANTE, VIRGINIA – Jeffrey Carrol LaForce, 51, died Wednesday, November 28, 2018. He was born in Abingdon, Virginia; son of the late Worley and Janice Rasnick LaForce. He was preceded in death by a bother, Michael LaForce; a brother-in-law, James McCoy; and his step mother-in-law, Pauline Phillips.

He is survived by one sister, Teresa LaForce-McCoy of Coeburn, Virginia; one niece, Brandi LaForce of Coeburn, Virginia; girlfriend, Caterina Phillips of Dungannon, Virginia; three step children, Alesha Jones, James Osborne, and Josh Osborne all of Coeburn, Virginia; and seven step grandchildren. Graveside Services and Interment for Jeffrey Carrol LaForce will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 1, 2018 in Powers Cemetery, Hazel Mountain, Dante, Virginia with Rev. Mia Smith officiating.

Pallbearers will be James Osborne, Josh Osborne, Cody Jones, Jamie McCoy, Travis Ingle, and Rodney Neece. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, December 1, 2018 in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood, Virginia.
