Lois K. Greider, 93, of Marietta Ave, Columbia died of natural causes on May 28, 2019. Born in Dauphin County, she was the daughter of the late Irvin H. and Florence (Numemaker) Kaylor. She was married to the late J. Donald Greider with whom she shared 71 years of marriage before his death in 2018.

Lois is survived by her daughters Debra Greider and Angela Anspach, both of Mount Joy; two grandchildren Cori Becker wife of Adam, of Columbia and Toby Bryson husband of Dana, of Elizabethtown; 4 great-grandchildren; and two brothers Galen Kaylor husband of Catherine and Carl Kaylor husband of Lois, both of Lebanon. Lois was a member of The Church of God of Landisville, where she sang in the choir for many years. She was a 1944 graduate of Elizabethtown High School.

Lois enjoyed auto racing, puzzles, going to the cabin in the mountains, and cooking for her family and friends. She volunteered her time with the Girl Scouts and Meals on Wheels. In her younger years, she loved to get out and ride horses.

Along with her husband, Lois was preceded in death by five of her siblings Harold, Betty, and Marvin Kaylor, Geraldine Good, and Lucille Kline. A Celebration of Lois’s life will take place at The Church of God of Landisville, 171 Church Street, Landisville, on Monday, June 3, 2019, at 11 A.M. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. Interment will be held at Silver Spring Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The Church of God of Landisville 171 Church Street, Landisville.
