Obituary for Lorrie Ann Paden In Loving Memory of: Lorrie Ann Paden 53 of Muskogee, Oklahoma May 27, 1965 – July 20, 2018 A beautiful wife, mother, grandmother and child of God has gone home to dwell with our Lord and Savior. After a long battle over the years her pain ended on Friday July 20, 2018 with her family present. Lorrie was born on May 27, 1965 to Eugene and Billie Roberts in Tulsa Oklahoma.

Lorrie was raised in Okay Oklahoma as an Okay Mustang. She Graduated from Northeastern State University and became a school teacher at Ben Franklin Science Academy in Muskogee. Lorrie was blessed with three beautiful children, Filisha A. VanBrunt of Muskogee, her rock, Meagan D. VanBrunt of Muskogee, her soul mate and Artie G. Paden of Muskogee, her inspiration.

Lorrie, has three adorable grandchildren who she loved with all her heart. Hailey Church, Abigail Church and Everly Paden of Muskogee. Their energy gave Lorrie lots of laughs and love.

Lorrie met her husband and best friend, Art G. Paden of Muskogee and were married for nearly 27 years. The two of them embarked on a life-long journey of love and commitment to one another. They loved watching movies, having dinners together and taking longs walks together.

They shared many memories of rising our children and endless laughs over silly things. Lorrie was a member of York Street Christian Church. She has a profound love for God and our Lord Jesus Christ.

She was a devoted Christian who studied the word, often quoting scripture from memory. Her faith was strong and her belief steadfast. Lorrie was preceded in death by, Her father Eugene Roberts of Muskogee and sister Carlyn Roberts of Muskogee.

She was survived by: her husband of 27 years, Art G. Paden Jr, Filisha VanBrunt, Meagan VanBrunt, Artie G Paden III, Hailey Church, Abigale Church, Everly Paden, Taylor Paden, Joe Church, Eric Coates, Billie Roberts, Tom Roberts and countless nieces and nephews. Love is patient, and kind; love is not jealous or boastful; It is not arrogant or rude. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
