Lynn A. (Simmons) Stevens, age 51, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 6:40 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at Linda E. White Hospice House. Lynn was born January 23, 1968, in Madisonville, KY, to William H. and Kaye (Stearsman) Simmons. She graduated from Madisonville High School in 1986 and worked for Foncannon Tax & Financial Services.

Lynn loved cookbooks. Lynn is survived by her parents, William and Kaye Simmons; daughter, Emma Stevens; son, Ethan Stevens; and sister, Amy Riebold (Chris). Memorial Services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with George Wunderlich officiating.

Burial will be Private. Friends may visit from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emma and Ethan Stevens’ education fund.
