Mary Elizabeth Rogers Davis, 87, of Florence, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2019. Mrs. Davis was born in Scranton, SC a daughter of the late Heyward Ernest Rogers and Janie Irene Pender Rogers. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and a member of the Ruth Sunday School Class.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Louis Wade Davis, Jr. Surviving are her daughter, Cindy (Todd) White of Florence; grandchildren, Ethan Todd White and Sarah Elizabeth White; brothers, Elbert (Betty) Rogers of Santee and Edgar Rogers of Florence; sister, Evelyn Morris of Evergreen. Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 pm Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Florence Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Please send messages to the family at the obit section of www. stoudenmiredowling.com.
