Mary’s Obituary Mary K. Corkle, 94, formerly of New Cumberland, passed away Friday, March 8, 2019 at Messiah Lifeways in Mechanicsburg. Born August 17, 1924 in Bressler, PA, she was the daughter of the late Anton and Anna (Yurjevic) Tomasic. Mary retired as an office manager with Brenner Motors on Paxton Street in Harrisburg.

She was a lifelong member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland. Mary enjoyed tending to her home and yard but she especially loved her independence. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband Warren A. Corkle.

Surviving are her loving friend Joe McCann of New Cumberland, a niece Linda DeAngelo and husband James of Wormleysburg, a sister in law Anita Tomasic of Harrisburg and many other nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 198 Old York Rd, New Cumberland, PA.
