James’ Obituary James Milton Kline, age 59, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2019 at West Shore Hospital. Born February 25, 1960 in Hershey, he was the son of the late Doris and Milton “Butch” Kline. Jim graduated from Westmont Hilltop High School in Johnstown where he played football.

He went on to earn a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Penn State University, Class of 1983. He had worked for a number of years with Victory and Hess Trucking before moving on to design fire and sprinkler systems. Most recently, Jim worked for PHEAA in the Mechanicsburg office.

In his free time, he enjoyed photography, watching the Steelers, and made sure to never miss a Penn State football game. He had also been active in coaching baseball and softball in past years. Most of all, Jim was a loving and dedicated husband, father and Pop-Pop who was always involved in his family’s activities.

His love and support will be deeply missed. Surviving are his loving wife of 25 years, Deborah I. (Barker) Kline; his children, Anthony and wife Patty, Ronald and wife Christina, Corinne, Amanda and her companion Tim, and Ryan and his companion Lynée; his 23 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; and his brother, Robert Kline. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, March 9 at Malpezzi Funeral Home, 8 Market Plaza Way, Mechanicsburg where there will be a viewing from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
