Mr. James Michael Parrott, 45, died, Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at McLeod Regional Medical Center after an illness. Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M., Thursday, March 29, 2018, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at St. John FWB Church Cemetery, Pamplico. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 P.M., at the funeral home prior to funeral services.

Michael was born August 30, 1972, in Williamsburg County, a son of James H. “Jimmy” Parrott and Catherine Stone Parrott. Michael was a graduate of Wilson High School, and an avid Clemson fan who enjoyed art and playing his guitar. Surviving besides his parents, Jimmy and Cathy Parrott of Florence; are brothers, Stephen (Tara) Evans of Timmonsville, Brian (Tasha) Parrott and Eric (Dana) Parrott, both of Florence; special niece, Holli Powell; nephews, Brantley (Morgan) Evans, Tyler Parrott and Gavin Evans; great-niece, Madelyn Evans; and extended family including aunts, uncles and cousins.
