He was born in Chicago, Illinois to Lendille Ray Hutchings and the late Jewell Dean (Dockins) Hutchings. Michael was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in Butler County and formerly worked with Tappan as a Line Runner.

He is survived by his: Father Ray Hutchings (Coleen) of Russellville and two sisters Melinda Peay (Eddie) of Bowling Green and Regina Brook (Roy) of Navarre, Florida. Funeral Services for Michael Ray Hutchings will be conducted Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Bro. Richard Allen officiating and burial to follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery.
