Mildred Elizabeth Sausville October 18, 1927 – March 15, 2019 Our loving mother and grandmother, Mildred Elizabeth Sausville, passed away March 15, 2019 at Legacy House Assisted Living, with her family by her side. She was born October 18, 1927 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Heber C. Johnson and Adeline Gracie Johnson. Mildred grew up in Salt Lake City and graduated from East High School.

She met the love of her life, Richard K. Sausville, at a USO dance and they were married October 18, 1946. Mildred was a lifetime member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she taught primary and was active in Relief Society. Mom was an exceptional homemaker enjoying cooking, gardening, sewing, embroidering, and crocheting.

Mom and Dad traveled extensively. Mom loved being around her family. Mildred is survived by her loving daughter, Cathy (Mac) McMillen; her son, Richard Sausville Jr.; her granddaughters, Jacki (Scott) Bailey and Carrie Havas; five great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and a nephew.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sister; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The family would like to thank Legacy House and Access hospice for all of their kind care. Private graveside services will be held.
