Nellie Buell Nellie M. Buell, age 71, residing in Mishawaka, Indiana passed away at 11:36 am on Friday, May 4, 2018 at her home. Nellie was born on April 2, 1947 in Mishawaka, Indiana to the late Chester and Rosemary (Musary) Straub and remained a lifelong resident. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Buell on September 21, 2016.

Nellie is survived by her daughter, Vanessa L. Reed of South Bend; son, Thomas A. Buell of Mishawaka; two grandsons, Collin and Justin Reed; her sister, Marsha Beal of Corvallis, Oregon; one brother, John A. Straub of Buffalo Valley, TN; her dear friend, Betty Lowe; numerous beloved nieces and nephews that she loved very much. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Straub and Chester Straub. Nellie loved her dog, Fluffy.

She attended Albright United Methodist Church and volunteered in the food pantry. Nellie enjoyed drinking Starbucks Coffee. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, May 7, 2018 at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka, IN.
