Obituary of Pamela Miller Pamela E. Miller, 65, passed away in her Mier home on Friday, September 28, 2018. She was born on June 5, 1953, in Marion to the late Clarence and Irene “Louise” (Zinc) Coleman. On July 17, 1971, Pamela married Eugene S. Miller, and he preceded her in death on November 8, 2014.

Pamela was a 1971 graduate of Marion High School. She worked in quality control at RCA in Marion and retired after over 20 years of service. She was a longtime member of Mier Community Church where she sang in the choir.

Pamela enjoyed solving crossword puzzles and seeing all of the Christmas lights during the holidays. She liked to travel and had made many memorable trips including Las Vegas, Missouri, Minnesota, and the Smoky Mountains. More than anything, Pamela loved the time she spent with her family and church friends.

She adored her grandchildren. She will be remembered as a strong-willed and straight-forward, yet loving, woman who will be missed dearly. Survivors include her children, Robin (Rob) Swathwood, Amboy, and Jenny (Zach) Dedman, Converse; grandchildren, Deanna, Billy, Madyson, and Harper; brother, Terry (Jackie) Coleman; sisters, Sue Wright, Tonda (Tom) Bradford, and Marie Harlan; mother-in-law, Willa Miller; brother-in-law, David Miller; sister-in-law, Cindy Barnett; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; and her close friend, Margaret Caudill.

In addition to her parents and loving husband, Pamela was preceded in death by a brother in infancy and her father-in-law, Lewis Miller. There will be a visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave. , Marion, IN.

Pamela’s funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at Mier Community Church, 7797 W. Mier Rd. , Converse, IN. Rev.
