Patricia L. Rose, 76, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Thursday, December 27, 2018 at home with her daughters and grandchildren by her side. Born September 6, 1942 in Darlington, SC, she preceded in death by her parents the late Curtis J. and Rebecca L. (Dennis) Hatchell , brother Marian Hatchell and daughter, Robin Rose. Her husband, the late Roger G. Rose passed away May 4, 2018 with whom she shared 57 years of marriage.

Patricia was a 1960 graduate of Kenwood Senior High School, Baltimore, MD. She worked as a church secretary at Middle River Baptist, in the finance department at AAI and later retired from Lockeed Martin where she also worked in finance. Patricia was a member of Middle River Baptist Church, White Marsh Baptist Church and Hope Baptist Church, Hanover, PA.

She enjoyed the ocean and spending time with her grandchildren. Her quiet and selfless dedication to the care of her husband may have limited her ability to spend time outside of the home but it did not limit her spirit and enjoyment of life. Patricia is survived by her loving daughters, Jodi R. Cichetti and husband Anthony G. Sr. of Hanover, PA, Laura M. Tobin and husband Dan of Abingdon, MD; 7 grandchildren, Anthony G. Cichetti, Jr., Erica R. Cichetti, Joshua M. Bona, Alex J. Bona, Gregory Tobin, Brent Tobin, Danny Tobin; siblings, Sandra J. Hatchell Walraven, Claude D. Hatchell and D. Mark Hatchell.

A funeral service to celebrate and remember Patricia’s life will be held 11:00AM, Monday, December 31, 2018 at Hope Baptist Church, 6450 Hope Way, Hanover, PA, with her Pastor the Rev. Allen G. Harris officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope Baptist Church or Hope Christian School, 6450 Hope Way, Hanover, PA 17331.
