Obituary of Pauline Lambertson Pauline Elizabeth Lambertson, 87, a lifetime resident of Pocomoke, died on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 following a short illness at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD. Born on October 10, 1930 in Pocomoke City, she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Elizabeth Jones Lambertson. She was a 1949 graduate of Pocomoke High School and worked several jobs, including Bird’s Eye/Campbell Soup, the Pocomoke Drive-In Theater and Pocomoke Pharmacy.

She was a longtime active member of Remson United Methodist Church and will be missed for her many special recipes, especially her pies, that she always prepared for church dinners and her friends. Besides cooking, she enjoyed bowling, sewing, bingo at McDonalds on Wednesday’s and was an avid NASCAR fan, always cheering for Dale Earnhardt. She is survived by her five brothers, Harrison Avery (Laura) Lambertson of Pocomoke City, MD, G. Edmund Lambertson of Stockton, MD, Jerry Don (Pat) Lambertson of Snow Hill, MD, Harold William (Judy) Lambertson of Pocomoke City, MD, and Ray James Lambertson of Pocomoke City, MD; nieces and nephews (who she called her grandchildren), Ronnie (Kim), Kenny (Donna), Jerry Don, Paul (Debbie) and Allen Lambertson, Barbara Phillips (Glen) and Laurie Campbell (Tommy) and many extended family members including cousins, aunts and uncles.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Nancy Lambertson. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Holloway Funeral Home in Pocomoke City, where family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service. Pastor Harriett Ennis, assisted by Pastor Bob Miller, will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Remson United Methodist Church Cemetery, 4249 Sheephouse Road, Pocomoke City, MD. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Remson United Methodist Church, c/o Brooks Aydelotte, 2311 Payne Road, Pocomoke City, MD 21851. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home, P.A., 107 Vine Street, Pocomoke City, MD 21851.
