Obituary of Pauline Sabotka Pauline White (Sabotka), 98, died peacefully Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the Snow Hill Nursing Home. Prior to her short stay there, she had been residing for several years at the Atria Senior Living in Salisbury. Born on April 1, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Walter Webster White and Bertha May Hitch White, lifelong residents of Fruitland and Salisbury.

Mrs. White had a successful career at Delmarva Power. She was also a talented flower arranger, singer and piano player, and continued her love of singing while at Atria, participating in numerous musical events there. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, James Thomas, and her second husband, Edward J. Sabotka; her brother, John Walter White; and her nephew, Lester Timmons White.

She is survived by her niece, Betty W. Ryall and her husband, Charles Ryall. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 11:00am at the Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery in Mt. Vernon.
