Obituary of Dana Johnson Dana Guy Johnson, affectionately known as “DJ”, 34, formerly of Pocomoke City, died on, Monday, July 2, 2018, at his Delmar, DE home. Born on November 2, 1983 in Decatur, GA, he was the son of the late Gary Johnson and G. Dawn Williams Johnson Herbert of Salisbury, Maryland. Dana worked in the family business, Donovan’s Salvage, for 10 years.

Dana is survived by his mother G. Dawn Williams Johnson Herbert and her husband Michael, of Salisbury; maternal grandparents, Harry and Audrey Williams of Pocomoke City; two sisters, April J Sprague and her husband Michael of Easton, MD and Summer R. Herbert of Salisbury; three brothers, Mikel Herbert and his wife Jess of Clayton, DE, Stephen Herbert of York, PA, and Gary Michael Johnson of Coco Beach, FL; and many extended family members including aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his father, Dana was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bud and Elaine Johnson. A graveside funeral service, officiated by the Rev.
