Obituary for Peggy Carpenter Profumo Peggy Carpenter Profumo, 66, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was a homemaker and had worked as a caregiver at various nursing homes. Peggy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald W. Profumo and her parents, Wilbur and Christine Carpenter.

She is survived by her son, Robert G. Gayhart (Vicki); brothers, Donald Carpenter (Joyce), Robert Carpenter (Wanda) and Harold Carpenter (Vicki); best friend and sister, Susie Hinkle Bohn; aunt, Mattie Clay Johnson; grandsons, Conner, Christian and Jacob. A memorial family and friends gathering will be announced later. Memorial contributions may be made to Home of the Innocents, 1100 East Market Street, Louisville, KY 40206 Arrangements entrusted to Evans Monuments and Family Cremation Care.
