Obituary for Peggy Kincaid Peggy (Newberry) Kincaid, 96 of Evansville passed away Friday, July 6, 2018, at the Linda E. White Hospice House. She was born September 8, 1921 in Princeton, IN to the late Downey and Mable (Coates) Newberry. Peggy retired from Citizens Bank after many years in charge of safety deposits at the Weinbach Center Branch.

She is a member of Trinity Methodist Church and also attended Methodist Temple. Peggy has been a member for over 50 years of the Order of Eastern Star, Robert Morris Chapter, the White Shrine, and the Daughters of the Nile. She enjoyed being a long time member of the Evansville Duplicate Bridge Club.

She is survived by her daughter, Jane (James) Perkins of Evansville; stepson, Steve (Melanie) Kincaid of Evansville, stepdaughter, Jennifer Klamer of Evansville; grandchildren, Brent (Stefany) Perkins, Ryan (Karli) Perkins, and Jamie (Maurice) Murry; step grandchildren, Jeff Kincaid, Diana Wegge, Christy Klamer, and Franklin (Megan) Kincaid; 15 great grandchildren. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Kincaid, and by her parents. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 11, 2018, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 South Hebron Avenue, Evansville, IN.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, July 12, at Methodist Temple, 2109 Lincoln Ave. , Evansville. Entombment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 6500 Technology Center Dr. Ste. 100, Indianapolis, IN 46278, or the Linda E. White Hospice House, 611 Harriet St. Evansville, IN 47710. The Family would like to thank the staff of Deaconess Gateway and Linda E.
