PETER’s Obituary Peter A. Santucci: 70 years old of Antioch, IL, formerly of Chicago, IL passed away peacefully Thursday February 21, 2019. He was born July 23, 1948 in Chicago, IL the son of Anthony and Rose (neé Cozzi) Santucci, settling in Antioch, IL in 2007. Peter had helped run his family’s restaurant Santucci’s, Chicago, IL for many years and retired from the IL State Tollway.

Peter was a member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed: playing games of chance and was always a jokester. Survivors include: two children: Carrie Kellenberger of Washington, IL and Michael Santucci of Kalamazoo, MI; three granddaughters: Madison, Kaitlyn, and Jordan; a sister Colette “Cookie” Santucci of Chicago, IL; and many other relatives and friends.

Peter was preceded in death by his father Anthony in 2009. A Celebration of Peter’s life will be held at a later date. (please continue to check the website for updated service times).

Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, IL. Arrangements were entrusted to the STRANG FUNERAL HOME OF ANTIOCH. In lieu of flowers, donations to Michael Santucci c/o Strang Funeral Home 1055 Main St. Antioch, IL 60002 are appreciated.
