Peter C. Spewak November 03, 1951 – December 31, 2018 Share this obituary Local Florists Sign Guestbook Pete C. Spewak, 67, died peacefully surrounded by his family on December 31, 2018 in Charlottesville, Virginia. Pete bravely battled Frontal Lobe Dementia, Parkinson’s, and a number of associated complications. Pete is survived by his loving wife, Lynne; daughter Casey, her husband Scott and son, Oliver; his son Mark, his wife Liz, and three boys Orson, Whitman, and Emmett; brothers Bob, Bruce, and Tom.

There will be no funeral service for Pete, as he has donated his body for medical research to the University of Virginia. Please do not send flowers, but if you wish you may donate to the Michael J. Fox Foundation in Tribute to Pete at www. michaeljfox.org.

There will be a celebration of Pete’s Life in the next couple of months in the Northern Virginia area for friends and family to get together to share memories of Pete. As soon as the celebration is planned, we will let you know.
