Obituary for Peter D. Tobey Peter D. Tobey, 59, of Hamden, passed away suddenly on April 29,2018 at his home. He is survived by his beloved wife Jennifer Piner, his loving daughters Sawyer Oliver and her husband Robby of Marcellus,NY, Whitney Tobey of Darien and Sydney Tobey of Hamden, a sister Lynn Klauser of Trumbull, a niece Kimberly Roldan and husband Richard of Trumbull. Also survived by his former wife Michelle Tobey of Darien and several cousins.

He was born Oct. 4,1958 in New Canaan a son of the late Harold and Helen Morrison Tobey, was a graduate of New Canaan High School and attended Villanova University and was a graduate of Sacred Heart University. For the past five years Peter had been employed as a retail manager for CVS Pharmacy and had previously worked for Tractor Supply Co.and Franks Nursery and Crafts .

Funeral from Sisk Brothers Funeral Home, 3105 Whitney Ave. , Hamden, Friday morning at 10:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rita Church at 11:00.

Visiting hours will be Thursday from 5-8pm. Interment will be private. www.
