OBITUARY Richard “Dick” Eugene Stevens Sr. June 28, 1935 – October 4, 2018 Richard “ Dick” Eugene Stevens, Sr., 83, of Evansville, passed away with family around him on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital. He was born June 28, 1935 in Evansville. Richard was a Naval Reservist.

He was a member of Grace Baptist Church and worked for the Waterworks Department. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Gladys Stevens; sons, Rick Stevens and Eric Stevens; sisters, Alberta Feltner, Aleta Faust and Margie Suter; brothers Charles Suter and Michael Suter; nephews, Joe Robertson and Allen Suter. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Doris Stevens; daughter, Lisa Hayden and husband Mark; son, Mark Stevens and wife Stacy; in-laws, C.J. and Betty Robertson and Rex and Brenda Robertson, and loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be 1:00PM, Monday, October 8, 2018 at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road, officiated by Pastor Ray Deeter. Friends may visit from 11:00AM to service time. Condolences may be made online at www.
