Rickey’s Obituary Rickey H. Thornley, 61 of Clinton, Missouri; formerly of Cummings, Georgia passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Meadow View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Harrisonville, Missouri. Rickey was born January 2, 1958 at Woodland, California; son of Hugo H. and Anna M. (Cantrell) Thornley. He graduated from Chilhowee High School, Class of 75.

He worked for Rival Manufacturing in Clinton, for a brief time, prior to moving to Georgia. While in Georgia, Rickey worked in House Construction then went to work for ton Show Horses in Cummings. He loved working with horses.

Survivor include son: Nathaniel Thornley of Clinton, MO; sister: Beth (Kenny) Meads of Creighton, MO; three brothers: Wayne Thornley of Oklahoma City, OK; Calvin Thornley of Dallas, TX and Andrew (Heather) Thornley of Urich, MO; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Graveside Services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 13th at Carpenter Cemetery, West of Chilhowee with Pastor Charles Brant officiating.
